How long does it take to receive my order?

Go to our handy shipping calculator, enter your ZIP code you will be given the estimated number of business days it will take to receive your order. This includes one business day to process, 1-2 business days for picking & packing, and of course time for UPS to deliver to you. The shipping estimate is just a guideline and is not guaranteed. In southern California, you will receive your order in 2-3 business days, while in New York it may take up to 10 business days to receive your order. We process orders Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Is RUSH shipping available?

RUSH shipping is available for 35% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping charge. We use DHL for our rush shipping service, and you will receive your order in 4 business days or less. Please note that if you are shipping to a remote area where DHL does not offer daily service, we are not able to guarantee the rush service.

Do you offer C.O.D.?

Sorry, all orders must be paid for upfront before the order is processed.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories?

Yes, we do! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands is an additional 25% of your item total, with a $30 minimum shipping charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not ship internationally. We are happy to ship to agents who offer forwarding services to foreign countries, but these agreements must be made by the customer with the shipping agent.
