What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with any item for any reason, simply return it to us within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the cost of the item, less a 20% restocking fee. The 20% fee is what we are charged by our wholesaler to restock items. Contact us and we will give you the address to return the item to. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.

In the case of a damaged item, please e-mail us at GardenAccentHeaven@Yahoo.com with the item number and nature of the damage. We can usually simply issue a refund or replacement (no shipping charge), whichever you prefer. If our Quality Control Department wishes to see the damaged item or we require the item to receive compensation from the shipper, we may ask you to return it to us, and of course GardenAccentHeaven.com would pay for the return shipping in that case.

Shipping & Handling is based on the UPS calculator freight charge to your zip code. These fees apply only to shipments within the continental United States. We do not ship to internationally.
